It features:
- a set temperature to prepare the oil for process by getting all large particles out of the oils and effects the perfect separation of water and fats
- direct heating from two 3Kw stainless steel heaters that heat and blend the oils during the heating stage
- a choice of three fixed batch sizes which means you can do away with un-safe site tubes
- a 400 micron serviceable filter element on the outlet pipe
- 25mm/1” hose barbs for quick installation into an existing plant or new build
- the two working sides totally protected by a wipe clean galvanized steel face and end
- 5x5mm removable steel mesh and drip tray to knock off the bits of chip from the oil
- 50mm/2” bottom drain outlet for the water and fats that will drop out of the oil you can get easily and cheaply for your process
